Our Story
Avodah Law Group® was originally established as “the Law Offices of Gahram Kang” in January 2005, in order to focus on the areas of basic estate planning and business law and in particular, to serve as general counsel for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Prior to attending law school at the USC Gould School of Law, Gahram recognized that her passion lay in the area of business transactions, because she wanted to assist entrepreneurs in reaching their goals of building successful enterprises.
After graduating from USC, Gahram worked at a mid-sized law full-service firm in Orange County for a few years, until determining that her greater desire was to serve her local community with a specialized firm of her own. Gahram believes that the best way to help people with their legal needs is to make herself available as a business consultant, legal counselor or just as a confidant, to listen to their issues and determine the best way to solve their problems or resolve the issues to their satisfaction.
Since 2005, Avodah Law Group® (although under a different name) has been serving family-owned businesses of all sizes and in a variety of industries including but not limited to: import/ export, construction, retail, restaurants, fintech, consulting, entertainment and e-commerce.
Whether we solve your legal issues in-house or refer you to a competent and trustworthy attorney in another practice area outside of our scope, Avodah Law Group® is committed to meet your legal needs within a reasonable time, at a reasonable cost to you.
